Just giving A Taste of Greek another five star review because it's the best gyro in Portland and the guy who runs it deserves for everyone to know! This cart has been here for a long time & it is always consistent. The gyro is without a doubt the best in Portland. Perfect meat & fresh ingredients. I sometimes get the Greek salad & add gyro meat which is also amazing.
He's only open during the week, but definitely worth stopping by whether you work in the area or are wandering downtown during the week! -

The. Best. Lamb. Gyro. Ever. The chunks of meat are the perfect size. Not too thin and not too big. The slight crisp on the outside gives it the perfect texture as you bite into it. The vegetables are fresh. Sauce ratio is on point. Like I said... The. Best!!!

Awesome gyros. Wow! Had lamb and chicken; both superb. Had slight misunderstanding w our order and he cheerfully made it right w no extra charge for the extra gyro we ended up getting. You gotta visit his place!
